At Watch Heaven, we are committed to providing high-quality watches to our customers. However, in the event of a defect or issue with your purchase, we follow the guidelines outlined below for returns and exchanges.Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:- Opening Video Requirement: A complete video recording of the parcel opening process is mandatory. This video must clearly show:
- The condition of the package upon arrival.
- The watch and any defects, if present, from start to finish.
- Defect Verification: Any claim for a return due to defects will only be considered if the required video evidence is provided.
- No Exceptions: We do not accept returns based on claims from regular clients, family members, or others without the necessary video documentation.
- Client Cooperation: We kindly request customers to take 2-3 minutes to record the unboxing process to ensure a smooth resolution process.
Return Policy (For Different Products)
- Condition: The item must be in a resalable condition.
- Notification: A real unboxing video is mandatory, and return requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Pickup: Doorstep pickup is available for a charge of ₹150.
- Processing Time: Once the product is received, refunds will be initiated within 24 hours.
Exchange Policy (For Defective Items)
- Condition: The item must be in a resalable condition.
- Notification: A real unboxing video is mandatory, and exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: If you opted for insurance at the time of purchase, both shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Pickup: Doorstep pickup is available (may take up to 48 hours).
- Processing Time: Once the product is delivered to us, the exchange will be processed within 24 hours.
